Meridix Donates Time and Technology to Toy Box Connection Charity

NAPERVILLE, Illinois - Toy Box Connection, a charity (non-profit) based in the south suburbs of Chicago, has received a new website and other technological assistance thanks to donations of time and resources by Meridix Creative, Inc.'s corporate giving program, Meridix.org. Toy Box Connection picks up, collects, sorts, and delivers donated toys to a wide range of recipient organizations. Donors simply need to schedule a pickup from their own address, with no extra effort necessary. According to Toy Box Connection, "Our primary goal is to touch the life of a child through the gift of a toy. There is a world of children that need toys. With your help, we can change that. Toy Box Connection will be the connection between families and businesses who have new or used toys to donate - then we will directly connect those toys to the children that need them most. Our organization is the missing link in communities."

The new online presence should assist Toy Box Connection with providing more information both to potential donors as well as the recipient organizations (such as orphanages, hospitals, etc) that the charity supports. The charity is also assisted financially through the help of several corporate sponsors.
